Sonic Origins Plus will be available as an all-in-one bundle in both digital and premium physical editions from June 23, 2023.
Sonic Origins reintroduced the favourite 2D Sonic titles that were originally released on the SEGA Genesis platform digitally remastered for current generation platforms. This provided a fresh twist with remastered visuals, added features, new content and modes such as classic.
With this new forthcoming release, this definitive and expanded multi-game collection of classic Sonic the Hedgehog games will include the Sonic Origins base game and the Plus Expansion Pack, featuring 12 Sonic Game Gear titles, playable Knuckles in Sonic CD, and, excitingly, for the first time ever, Amy Rose as a playable character in Sonic the Hedgehog 1, 2, Sonic 3 & Knuckles, and Sonic CD!
This pack also includes previously released add-on content: Extreme Missions, Mirror Mode, additional letterbox backgrounds, new character animations in menus, additional music from other Sonic titles, and more.
