Grab 3DS and Wii U Games Before eShop Closes, Reminds Capcom

Last Updated on March 16, 2023

The official Monster Hunter Twitter account has just sent a series of tweets regarding titles on the 3DS and Wii U storefronts. These are in response to the upcoming closure of both eShops on March 27th, 2023.

You can purchase many Capcom games for as little as $2.99, including:

  • Mega Man Legacy Collection
  • Super Street Fighter IV 3D Edition
  • Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate
  • Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
  • Monster Hunter Generations
  • Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney Trilogy
  • Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney – Spirit Of Justice
  • Apollo Justice: Ace Attorney
  • Resident Evil Revelations

These Tweets stress that the games will remain playable online even with the store closure, which should come as a relief for Monster Hunter players. The games are great solo but truly shine with a group.

The games will still be available to download after March 27th as long as you have already purchased them, but it may be a good idea to do that sooner rather than later, just in case.

Capcom isn’t the only developer/publisher to lower their prices in anticipation of the closure. Several others have their libraries discounted, including Developer Four Horses, who have made two of their games completely free.
