Fans Super Excited for Super Mario RPG Makeover

Nintendo fans have been stunned by the news of a Super Mario RPG remake for the Switch.

Switch Mario fans have been treated to a surprise – a full blown remake of beloved SNES game Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars has been announced, launching 17th Novmber this year.

The visuals are charming everyone with their full facelift, but the game retains the familiar aspects of turn-based and timing-based combat of the original. The updated graphics and cinematics gives this colourful RPG a vibrant and engaging atmpsphere.

The much requested return of Mallow and Geno in 3D, completes the line up of our favourite characters as they unexpectedly team up to save Star Road and stop the troublemaking Smithy Gang.

It’s left fans excited that they appear to have pulled off this long-awaited remake, managing to retain the essence of the 1996 original – just making it look better and more fun. Moments between battles are filled with minigames, platforming sequences, and other special gameplay sections this keeps you firmly in control and engaged. The remake will join various other Mario games on the Nintendo Switch.

The game is a highly accessible RPG which will ensure a wide appeal, especially with young gamers and those new to these type of adventures. It doesn’t leave you feeling swamped by things like stats and gear, with its lighthearted approach and lots of action… it promises to be simply good fun.
