Evercade Toaplan Arcade 2 Cartridge Details

Evercade’s good news for 2023 continues with the release of the Toaplan Arcade 2 cartridge in April.

This is a sequel to the 2022 cartridge released as the second phase of arace titles primarily for the Evercade VS, and features seven more games from the Japanese publisher.

It’s time to get back in the arcade with Toaplan Arcade 2. 7 more arcade greats from the veteran Japanese publisher come to Evercade, including TATE mode support on Evercade EXP!

The titles in the collection are:

• Fire Shark
• Twin Cobra
• Twin Hawk
• Hellfire
• Rally Bike
• Wardner
• Demon’s World

As befits genuine arcade games, these titles are all for one or two players. This makes them particularly ideal for play on the Evercade VS, but of course they will play on the Evercade EXP and original Evercade handheld.

If you haven’t enjoyed any two-player games on the Evercade VS, here’s a useful hint: find some third party controllers. While good enough, the Evercade VS controllers sadly don’t favour prolonged gameplay.
