Kickstarter for GBA Game Alice Sisters Is Now Live

Last Updated on March 24, 2023

We’ve covered a few Kickstarter campaigns for retro games in recent weeks, and the latest to join those ranks is OrionSofts Alice Sisters.

Alice Sisters is a puzzle platformer, and the goal of the Kickstarter campaign is to gather enough funding to release on the Game Boy Advance, PlayStation, and Atari Falcon 030. This title has previously seen physical releases on the Sega Mega Drive/Genesis and Dreamcast

The project trailer previews the gameplay and shows off its multiplayer capabilities. It seems that most of the puzzles have an emphasis on teamwork. Alice Sisters is designed for two players, but you can flip between both characters if you’re alone.

The trailer shows the game working on both a Game Boy Advance and Gameboy Advance SP with a link cable joining them for multiplayer. The title boasts a multiboot function, so only one copy of the game is required, which is a nice touch.

If you want to pledge to back this GBA game, you can do so on the Kickstarter page. There are several options depending on what console you want the game for and if you prefer physical or digital.

At the time of writing, over £5000 of the £17,632 goal has already been reached with 23 days to go.
