Arcade1Up Announces Time Crisis Deluxe, New Machines, Distribution Partnerships

Waiting for your own Arcade1Up Time Crisis Deluxe machine? Time’s up! Galaga, Street Fighter II, and an Atari 50 anniversary cabinet have also been confirmed.
Producers of replica arcade machines Arcade1Up has announced a collection of new machines alng with better distribution. Over the next few months, it should be easier to get hold of Arcade1Up machines in Canada, Australia, and European countries.
Arcade1Up’s Deluxe line is the driving force of the partnerships. These machines are created for the home, but have a streamlined take on the classic arcade cabinet design. They also incorporate modern features and technology.
Spearheading the strategy are four new home machines:
- Time Crisis Deluxe Arcade Machine: Time Crisis has never been released as a home arcade cabinet before. Players battle against Wild Dog and other notorious boss characters in four classic arcade games.
- Atari 50th Anniversary Deluxe Arcade Machine: Essentially a stand-up version of the Atari 50 collection, this is the largest selection of games to be released on an Arcade1Up Deluxe machin, an includes 14 Atari Classics and 50 Atari 2600.
- GALAGA Deluxe Arcade Machine: classic shooter Galaga returns to its home format, and you can take this Bandai Namco classic home.
- Street Fighter II: CE HS-5 Deluxe Arcade Machine: 14 Capcom fighting games are squeezed into this unit, featuring an authentic design inspired by the iconic Dynamo HS-5 shape.
Arcade1Up’s Cyrus Rosenberg states: “From our humble beginnings just five years ago to announcing we’re going global… we couldn’t be more thrilled.”
Polyphoto S.p.A is a European licensee for Arcade1Up. Their CEo, Umberto Pirara, said: “There is incredible passion for franchises like TIME CRISIS and Street Fighter and we know that fans will be excited for these authentic arcade experiences.”
The four new Arcade1Up home arcade machines will be on display in the Polyphoto booth at Gamescom 2023. All are set for global release later in the year.
