Evercade Indie Heroes Collection 2 Trailer Confirms Full Games Listing

Last Updated on June 3, 2023

The full game listing of the Evercade Indie Heroes Collection 2 cartridge has been confirmed, with 12 titles in total landing in January 2023, with pre-orders kicking off tomorrow, November 4th (price TBC).

In the Evercade Indie Heroes Collection 2 you will find the following confirmed titles:

  • Tapeworm Disco Puzzle – Lowtek Games (GOTM April)
  • Nessy The Robot – Daniel T. Gaming (GOTM May)
  • Reknum Souls Adventure – Nape Games (GOTM June)
  • The Cowlitz Gamers’ Adventure Trilogy – Łukasz Kur and M-Tee (GOTM July)
  • Anguna: Scourge of the Goblin King – Bite The Chili Productions (GOTM August)
  • Eyra: The Crow Maiden – Second Dimension (GOTM September)
  • Lunar Journey – Greenboy Games (GOTM October)
  • Yeah Yeah Beebiss II – Rigg’d Games (GOTM November)
  • Gelatanous: Humanity Lost – The Retro Room (GOTM December)
  • The Gruniożerca Trilogy – Łukasz Kur and M-Tee
  • Nix: The Paradox Relic – Dustin Huddleston
  • Beer Slinger – Second Dimension

Where the GOTM acronym is used, the title was a Game of the Month for the stated period, in a program previewing the collection on Evercade VS systems thanks to monthly updates. This has given Evercade VS owners the chance to play the games (a bit like an 80s/90s covertape demo) for a short time and sample a big chunk of the collection before it is released.

Keep an eye on the cartridge page for release details and retailers.

Evercade Game of the Month to continue in 2023

In addition to the full listing and release details of the Evercade Indie Heroes Collection 2, Blaze Entertainment has confirmed that the Game of the Month program will continue in 2023, kicking off in April 2023. Thanks to the Evercade EXP having Wi-Fi support, Game of the Month will be available for both VS and EXP consoles.

So, assuming you bought an Evercade EXP, you would essentially have 18 built in games plus whatever monthly free access is available through Game of the Month. You could potentially play on your Evercade EXP or VS without having to spend money on cartridges!
